Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil - 3 Tablespoon
  • Fresh Curd - 1 Cup
  • Salt - As Per Taste
  • Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - Hand full
  • Mustard seeds / Rai - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Dry Red Chilli / Sukhi Mirchi - 2
  • Curry Leaves / Curry Patta - 4-5
  • Garlic / Lahsun - 4-5 Finely Chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add curd and beat it well then add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves,and mix it well.
  2. Meanwhile add vegetable oil in a pan and heat the oil on medium flame then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves, garlic and mix it well and roast garlic well on medium flame.
  3. Now add red chilli powder and turn off gas and let it cool down for 1 minute then pour it on curd. Mix it well and transfer it in serving bowl.
  4. Tari Wala Dahi Ka Tadka is ready to serve.
