- FOR PREPARING ALOO TIKKI :
- You can add bread crumbs as required.
- The bread crumbs coated tikki should be kept in the freezer for minimum 15 minutes or for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- The ratio of maida to corn flour for slurry should be 1:1.
- The corn flour slurry should be medium thick.
