Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:
- Heat ghee on low flame.
- Garlic paste is optional.
- Add the paneer pieces after roasting them well, so they will not break in the pressure cooker.
- The ratio of rice to water should be 1:1.
- Rice should not be broken while mixing them.
- The biryani should be taken out to a serving plate using a small flat spatula.
- Take out the biryani layers as it is cooked in the pressure cooker, don’t mix them.
