Vegetable Hakka Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of stir-fried noodles.

Vegetable Hakka Noodles are prepared in hakka cuisine style. It is popular street food and is usually served as a starter or even for the main course. The ingredients are noodles, veggies, spices, and sauces. It is healthy as well as a delicious dish with the goodness of veggies. The noodles are so tasty and yummy, you can not stop eating it. Ingredients

  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger - grated 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili - grated 1 teaspoon
  • Carrot - 1 small-sized julienne
  • Green beans - 5 to 6 julienne
  • Capsicum (green, red, yellow) - 1 cup julienne
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - as required
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - as required
  • Hakka noodles - 1 bowl
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In boiling water add noodles, salt, and oil.
  2. Stir once and get the water to boil.
  3. Drain the water completely, and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add grated ginger, green chili, carrot, and green beans. Saute it on high flame.
  5. Add all the three color capsicum in it and saute it well.
  6. Add soy sauce, water, black pepper, and salt. Saute it on high flame.
  7. Further, add noodles and turn off the flame. Mix the noodles carefully with the help of forks.
  8. Switch on the flame again and keep the flame high. Cook it for a few seconds and again turn off the flame.
  9. Squeeze a lemon juice and mix it well.
  10. Delicious Vegetable Hakka Noodles is ready to be served.
