Ingredients

  • All purpose flour / Maida - 2 Teaspoon
  • Butter - 3 Teaspoon
  • Boiled milk - 1 Cup + 1/2 Cup
  • Bay leaf / Tejpatta - 2 Small Pieces
  • Cloves / Laung - 2
  • Baby onion / Pyaaz - 2
  • Pasta - 1 Cup
  • Water - As required
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic / Lahsun - 3 - 4 Clove grated
  • Parboiled corn - 1 Cup
  • Oregano - As per taste
  • Chili flakes - As per taste
  • Black pepper / Kali Mirch - As per taste

Instructions

  1. Take onion, put bay leaf on it. Now press clove on it to join them together. Add both prepared onion into the 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Take pasta in the pressure cooker. Add water, oil, and salt. Cook it till 1 whistle. Then strain water and take out into a bowl.
  3. Now Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan. Add garlic, and corn. Mix well and saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Keep it aside.
  4. Take all purpose flour in a pan. Add 2 teaspoon butter. Roast it well on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes till it becomes light brown and comes nice aroma.
  5. Then add 1 cup milk. Stir continuously on high flame till it become thick consistency white sauce. Then add prepared onion flavoured milk. Mix well.
  6. Add oregano. Mix well. Then add salt, chili flakes, black pepper. Mix well.
  7. Now add cooked corn into the white sauce and boil it till comes one boil.
  8. Now add boiled pasta. Mix well.
  9. 'White Sauce Creamy Pasta' is ready to be served.
