Tips and Suggestions by the Mom Chef :
- Whole dry spices can be added as per choice and availability.
- Water should be added till the chole completely submerged in it.
- You can add boiled tea water to the chole instead of tea bag.
- A pinch of baking soda should be added to the chole to cook it fast.
- The cooker should be cover with its lid, only after the water boils.
- The tamarind chutney is optional.
- You can adjust the consistency of the chole as per choice because chole will absorbs the water after some time.
