Furthermore, it is without fire recipe with attractive green color. You can use this chutney in many ways and best to serve with snacks, meals, or in chaat also. Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING GREEN CHUTNEY :
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A bunch
  • Peanuts / Mungfali - 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Ginger / Adrakh - 1 Inch chopped
  • Green chili / Hari mirchi - 2
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Lemon juice - Of 1 lemon
  • Water - As required
  • FOR PREPARING DAHI WALI GREEN CHUTNEY :
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A bunch
  • Mint leaves / Pudina - A handful
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1/2 Chopped
  • Green chili / Hari mirchi - 2
  • Garlic / Lahsun - 4 to 5 Cloves (optional)
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Water - as required
  • Thick curd / Dahi - 2 Tablespoon
  • Asafoetida / Hing - A pinch
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder / Jeera powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Black salt / Kala namak - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING GREEN CHUTNEY :
  2. Take coriander leaves, peanuts, sugar, ginger, green chilli, salt, lemon juice, and water in a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds.
  3. Once done, take it out to a serving bowl.
  4. FOR PREPARING DAHI WALI GREEN CHUTNEY :
  5. Take curd in a bowl. Whisk it using a whisker. Keep it aside.
  6. Take coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, green chilli, garlic, salt, and little water in a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds.
  7. Once done, take it out to a curd bowl. Mix well. Then add asafoetida, roasted cumin seeds powder, black salt, and oil. Mix well.
  8. '2 Types Of Green Chutney' is ready to be served.
