6 In 1 Paratha is a healthy multi flavoured dish.

6 In 1 Paratha is a nice unique meal option. This paratha has pickle, paneer, capsicum, onion, coriander, and potato’s 6 flavors in the one paratha. Moreover, this is an easy recipe for making different types of paratha in one at home. You just need to follow the given steps and you can make it easily in your kitchen. Tips and Suggestions by the Mom Chef:

  • Ghee, salt, carom seeds, and red chilli powder mixture can be used instead of pickle masala.
  • You can prepare potato stuffing by adding salt, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, and other spices in boiled and mashed potato.
  • If you want, you can add green chilli to the paratha

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Dough / Gehu Ka Aata - As required
  • Pickle Masala - As required
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1 tsp finely chopped
  • Red Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 tsp finely chopped
  • Potato Masala / All Masala - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful
  • Green Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 tsp Finely chopped
  • Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 1 tsp grated
  • Oil - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a small ball sized wheat dough and make a round shaped circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha.
  2. Make small sized 5 slits around the paratha except the center part.
  3. Now add pickle masala in the center of the paratha. Then add onion, red capsicum, aloo masala, coriander leaves, and green capsicum on all 5 parts.
  4. Then add paneer on the pickle masala. Now join each part's corner on the stuffing to make triangle shapes. Sprinkle whole wheat flour on it.
  5. Now starts folding all triangles in the center of the paratha. Likewise, fold all 5 parts. Slightly press it. Dust it with flour and roll it with light hands to make a paratha.
  6. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Place the prepared paratha on the tawa. Cook it from one side. Add oil to it.
  7. Flip it once it is slightly brown, add oil around the paratha and cook it from both sides on a low to medium flame. Press the paratha while cooking it to make it crispy.
  8. Once done. Take it out to the serving plate.
  9. '6 In 1 Paratha' is ready to be served.
