Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:
- The ratio of semolina to wheat flour should be 1:4.
- Add 1 & 1/2 teaspoon papad Khar in 1 Glass of hot water for 2 cups wheat flour.
- If papad khar is not available, add some more baking soda.
- To steam them evenly, keep a gap between two dhoklas.
- Insert a knife to check dhokla. If it comes out clean then it is cooked perfectly.
