Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Dip the chopped potato in the water to prevent them from turning black (oxidize).
- You can add spices according to your taste and choice.
- Initially, saute the onion and potato on a high flame then lower the flame to get non-sticky sabzi.
- Serve this sabzi with Khoba Roti | Rajasthani Khoba Roti.
