Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING POTATO MIXTURE :
  • Boiled potato / उबले आलू - 2 Peeled and mashed
  • Salt / नमक - As per taste
  • Red chilli powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 Tsp
  • FOR PREPARING BAHUBALI ROTI SANDWICH :
  • Butter / मक्खन - 2 Tsp
  • Leftover roti / बची हुई रोटी - 5
  • Green chutney / हरी चटनी - As required
  • Coriander leaves / हरा धनिया - A handful
  • Salt / नमक - As per taste
  • Black pepper powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर - As required
  • Tomato ketchup / टोमॅटो केचप - As required
  • Onion / प्याज - 1 Sliced
  • Tomato / टमाटर - 1 Sliced
  • Chaat masala / चाट मसाला - As required
  • Cottage cheese / पनीर - As required grated
  • Red chilli powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर - As required
  • Cheese / चीज़ - As required
  • Tsp = Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING POTATO MIXTURE :
  2. Take boiled potato in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  3. FOR PREPARING BAHUBALI ROTI SANDWICH :
  4. Heat 1 Tsp butter in a pan on low flame. Place a roti. Apply green chutney to it.
  5. Now add the prepared boiled potato mixture to it. Sprinkle coriander leaves, salt, and black pepper powder on it.
  6. Then place second roti on it. Spread tomato ketchup on it. Now arrange onion slices on it.
  7. Now place third roti on it. Apply green chutney to it and arrange tomato slices on it. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala to it.
  8. Add fourth roti to it. Apply green chutney to it and spread grated paneer on it. Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and red chilli powder on it.
  9. Now place the fifth roti on it. Roast it for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame.
  10. Then flip the tawa on a plate and take it out to a plate. Add 1 Tsp butter to a pan and the place roti sandwich's unroasted side in the pan.
  11. Add cheese on top of it. Cover the pan with a lid. Roast it for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame till the cheese melts.
  12. Once done, take it out to a serving plate and cut it.
  13. 'Bahubali Roti Sandwich | Leftover Roti Sandwich' is ready to be served.
