Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Use fresh homemade curd.
- Add fruit salt (ENO) to the batter just before putting it in the idli moulds.
- You can use baking soda or baking powder instead of fruit salt(ENO).
- Grease knife with oil for removing the idlis from moulds.
- You can also serve this idli with Peanut Chutney
