Cheesy Veg Roti Wrap is an amazing way to present regular roti.

Cheesy Veg Roti Wrap is a unique idea for adding veggies to your kids’ regular meals. You can prepare it with easily available ingredients. You need cheese, vegetables, Tomato Ketchup, mayonnaise, and some spices. Moreover, whenever you have leftover roti, you can easily use them without wasting them. Ingredients

  • Whole wheat roti - 1 Cooked
  • Cheese slice - 1
  • Veg mayonnaise - As required
  • Parboiled sweet corn - 2 tsp
  • Peri-peri powder - As required
  • Tomato ketchup - As required
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1/2 Sliced
  • Capsicum / Shimla mirch - 1/2 Sliced
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Mixed herbs - As required
  • Grated cheese - As required
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
  • Butter - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take cooked roti. Cut the roti in the 1/4 portion.
  2. Put a cheese slice on the left lower side of roti. Sprinkle peri-peri powder and mixed herbs on it.
  3. Then spread veg mayonnaise on the left upper side. Add sweet corn on it and sprinkle salt, mixed herbs, and peri-peri powder on it.
  4. Now spread tomato ketchup on the right upper side. Add onion and capsicum on it. Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs, and peri-peri powder on it.
  5. Then add grated cheese and coriander leaves on the right lower side. Sprinkle peri-peri powder on it.
  6. Start folding the roti to make a triangle wrap. First fold the cheese slice side up over the mayonnaise, then keep folding over ketchup and last over the grated cheese.
  7. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Apply butter and add prepared roti wrap. Roast it from both sides by applying butter.
  8. Roast it from both side by pressing it till it becomes crispy. Once done, take it out to a serving plate.
  9. 'Cheesy Veg Roti Wrap' is ready to be served.
