Tips and Suggestions by mom chef:-
- Soak it in Hot water for 11/2 hours for quick soaking in case you haven’t soaked the dal earlier.
- The tawa should be properly heated before making the dosa. Else it will stick to the tawa.
- Cook the dosa on a medium flame.
