- This recipe does not use red chilli powder. But if you want you can add it.
- After adding curd to the pan immediately turn off the flame. Make sure, the curd is at room temperature and beat it properly.
- This dish tastes amazing when we use slightly big-sized mustard seeds.

Hello Vijay ji, I have just seen your recipe “aaloo ki dahi wali sabji” on FB. I like it. I suggest the same cooking procedure with ‘Lauki. Only Mustard seed not to be added in Lauki recipe. Plz add this recipe in Aaykar Ka Tadka. Thank you. 🙏
