Ingredients

  • Choco shells - 8 to 10
  • Hazelnut cocoa spread/Chocolate spread - 1/4 cup
  • Kaju/Cashew nuts - as required, crushed
  • Hazelnuts - 4 to 5
  • Chocolate compound - as required

Instructions

  1. Fill hazelnut cocoa spread in a piping bag. Then, take a choco shell and fill the hazelnut cocoa spread in it. Fill another choco shell with hazelnut cocoa spread and put a hazelnut in it. Cover it with hazelnut cocoa spread filled choco shell. Spread the outer hazelnut cocoa spread to the edges and make their balls. Repeat the process with other choco shells. Keep it in the freezer for half an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, pour a little water into a pot. Fit another bowl over the pot. Heat the water to a simmer. Add chocolate compound to the bowl. Stir gently to melt. Add crushed cashews in it.
  3. After half an hour take out them. Add prepared choco shell balls in melted chocolate compound and coat it well. Take out it and put it on silicone mat. Keep it aside to set it for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  4. 'Ferrero Rochers' is ready to be served.
