Ingredients

  • Apple / Seb - 1 Diced
  • Green grapes / Angoor - 1 Cup
  • Strawberry - 4 to 5 chopped + 1 Slited for garnishing
  • Banana / Kela - 1 Chopped
  • Pomegranate seeds / Anardane - 1/2 Cup
  • Dry fruits (almond and cashews) - 1/4 Cup chopped for garnishing
  • Cherry - For garnishing
  • Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 500 ml. + 3 tbsp
  • Strawberry custard powder - 3 tbsp
  • Ice cream - 1 Scoop
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take custard powder in a bowl. Add 3 tbsp of milk. Mix well to prepare a lumps-free slurry. Keep it aside.
  2. Boil 500 ml. milk in a pan. Boil it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally.
  3. Then add sugar and mix well. Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame till the sugar melts. Keep stirring continuously.
  4. Now keep stirring continuously and add the prepared custard mixture. Boil it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame till the mixture becomes thick. Keep stirring continuously.
  5. Once done, Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Then take it out in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  6. Now take the serving glass. Add 2 tsp of apple, banana, and 2 to 3 tbsp of prepared custard mixture.
  7. Then add 2 tsp of grapes and strawberry to it. Again cover it with the prepared custard mixture.
  8. Further, add 1 tsp of grapes and pomegranate seeds, and strawberries.
  9. Add ice cream on top of it. Garnish it with dry fruits, pomegranate seeds, and cherry. Add the slited strawberry on the glass edge. Likewise, prepare another serving glass.
  10. 'Fruit Salad Custard' is ready to be served.
