Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- Keep aside about 2 tablespoon of the soaked split green moong dal to add in the vada mixture.
- For more flavour, rub the cumin seeds between the palms and then add them to the mixture.
- Either deep fry the vada or make balls with the mixture and cook in the appe pan with less oil.
