Instant Oats Upma is a wholesome breakfast recipe that is made of oats and has very good nutrient value. It is another variant of the popular breakfast upma. But has the goodness of oats. Lightly spiced and tempered with onions and peas, this dish is healthy and tasty at the same time. Quite a quick recipe to make, this one is not just limited for breakfast, but can also be had when you are in a mood for a light lunch/ brunch. You can add as many veggies as you can, to make it even more healthy.

Tips and suggestions by Chef-
- Boil water beforehand, so as to make it in a jiffy
- Use the same bowl for measuring water as well as oats.
- You can use chana dal, urad dal( black gram) too, in the tempering for enhanced taste.
- Peas are optional, here we have used frozen peas that are boiled in water for 3-4 minutes. Skip peas, if you want.
- Oats that we have used here are normal oats that are easily available in the market.
- Add veggies as per your taste and liking.
