Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Make sure there is no moisture in the premix. Saute the mixture on a medium flame until it dries.
- You can store the premix for 2 months in the refrigerator.
- Serve this idli with Peanut Chutney | Groundnut Chutney.
