Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- If overcooked, the sabji will not retain its colour.
- Roast the sesame seeds and grind them to make a powder. You can store this powder in an air tight container for 1 month.
- The cooked pumpkin piece should not be super soft, it should get cut easily in between with a spoon.
