Khajur Roll | Date Roll | Khajur Dry Fruit Burfi is a sugar-free sweet. It contains different kinds of dry fruits and dates that make it a nutritious snack as well as a sweet dish. In this recipe, a natural sweetener, that is khajur/dates, is used, which makes it not only tasty but also healthy. As we know, dates are rich in iron and different types of minerals. Along with this, different fry fruits such as cashew, almonds, and pistachios are added to it. Everyone can enjoy this sweet any time, but especially during festivals. Also, you can serve it as either a snack or a sweet to your family.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Dry fruits of choice can be used to make this sweet.
- Adding ghee is completely optional. It can be avoided if so desired.
- The roll should be allowed to cool completely for 2 to 3 hours before it is cut into pieces. It can however be kept in the refrigerator to set.
