This has crispy texture from outside and soft from inside. It has a nice aroma of coriander leaves and it tastes amazing with any kind chutney. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can add onion, garlic and ginger to make the vadi.
- Instead of deep-frying you can shallow fry the vadi. But make sure the vadi is completely cool before frying.
- Serve this vadi with Palak Chutney or Green Chutney.
