Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- You can take the split urad dal in place of whole urad dal.
- Instead of pressure cooker, you can use steamer for making the idlis.
- While steaming the idls in the pressure cooker, take out it’s whistle.
- When the steam starts coming out from the open whistle vent, then turn off the flame.
