- The ratio of water to suji should be 2:1.
- Pav bhaji masala will make the stuffing flavourful.
- The suji mixture should be lukewarm to prepare the kachori otherwise, it may be cracked.
- Check the oil by adding a little suji mixture to the hot oil, if it immediately comes to the surface, it indicates that the oil is ready to fry kachori.
