Tips and suggestions by the Chef:-
- Cook the vermicelli/seviyan in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- If the vermicelli/seviyan is raw, then roast them first for 2 to 3 minutes and then cook it in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- The dish can be kept in the refrigerator and then you can serve in chill form.
- You can add dry fruits of your choice.
