Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Oil can be added instead of ghee.
- Add water gradually to knead the dough.
- After 30 minutes of rest, if the dough becomes soft, some whole wheat flour should be added to it and then kneaded again
- If desired, malai or curd can be used for kneading the dough.
