You can serve it for breakfast or dinner or even in the kid’s tiffin. This paratha is quick and easy to prepare using fewer ingredients. The good thing is it does not require much time to cook. You just need to mix the radish along with its leaves with flour and some of the spices. This is a flavourful paratha and it very healthy as well. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Squeeze the water of grated radish completely so that the dough will need little flour.
- Add whole wheat flour just for binding the ingredients. Rest the dough for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook the paratha on a low flame until half cooked. Then only apply ghee and roast it on high flame. Else the paratha will taste raw.
- You can serve this paratha with any type of pickle or raita.
