- The batter should be medium consistency batter.
- Add sooji to the dosa batter to make the crispy dosa.
- Prepare the dosa on a low to medium flame, to get a nice crispy dosa.
- Schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, or pasta pizza sauce can be used instead of schezwan sauce.
- You can add the stuffing as per your choice.
