- The ratio of moong dal to urad dal should be 1:2.
- The dal should be soaked till it becomes soft.
- The curd shouldn’t be sour.
- FOR PREPARING DATES CHUTNEY : Add 10 g.m. tamarind to 250 g.m. dates.
