Neer Dosa | Mangalorean Neer Dosa is a delicious and healthy dish. As the name suggests Neer means water, it uses only rice and water. This is simple and easy to prepare using only 1 ingredient that rice. You can serve it as a breakfast or an after school snack for kids. It goes well with any type of chutney or jaggery-coconut filling. This is a healthier option and takes very less time to prepare and cook. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Do not add more water while grinding the soaked rice. Grind the rice finely with little water then only add water for the desired consistency.
- The tawa or a pan should be hot before making the dosa.
- To make the dosa just spread the batter by splashing it.
