Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Less water should be used for boiling the palak/spinach.
- Instead of using water, knead the dough using palak puree.
- Paratha of any shape of choice, can be made.
- The paratha should be first cooked on a low flame until it is half cooked and then roasted on a high flame after applying ghee.
