Tips and Suggestions by the Mom Chef:
- Coriander leaves should be added with its stems.
- If you want, You can shallow fry paneer in butter instead of oil.
- The room temperature curd should be used.
- You can adjust the spiciness as per taste.
- Keep stirring continuously after adding the curd mixture till it starts to boil otherwise, curd will curdle.
- Lemon juice can be added instead of dry mango powder.
- Adding salt, after curd boiling, prevents the sabji from curdling.
- You can adjust the consistency of gravy as per choice.
