- If you want to soak cashews instantly, boil the cashews in the water for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Slightly heat the ghee and add kashmiri red chilli powder.
- When the bubbles appear to the ghee add the prepared tomato-cashew paste.
- Water can be added to adjust the consistency of the sabji.
- You can add jaggery instead of powdered sugar.
