You can add black salt also with rock salt.

If you allow ginger during fasting you can add it to the sabji.
- Keep stirring continuously after adding curd mixture till it starts to boil otherwise, curd will curdle.
- If you want to prepare cashew paste instantly, boil the cashews in the water for 10 minutes on medium flame. Then prepare its paste in a grinding jar.
- Add 1 tbsp of cashew paste at the end, it makes rich and tasty sabji.
