Paneer Cheese Paratha is a healthy and delicious recipe.This recipe is healthy as it contains paneer, cheese, and whole wheat flour. Add more and more veggies to make it more nutritious. Relish it with plain curd or raita or any chutney or sauce. The paratha can also be prepared by making separate dough and separate stuffing. This paratha can also be eaten as it is. Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 bowl
  • Paneer - 1/2 bowl crumbled
  • Cheese - 1/2 bowl grated (optional)
  • Onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Salt - as required
  • Ginger-green chili paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder/ amchur powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - as required
  • Water - as required
  • Ghee - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, crumbled paneer, cheese, onion, coriander leaves, salt, ginger-green chili paste, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder, oil and mix it well.
  2. Add little by little water to form a medium to soft consistency dough.
  3. Take a small or medium-sized portion from the dough and dust it from the flour and roll it using a rolling pin.
  4. Now, heat a pan and place the paratha over it.
  5. Allow it to cook and flip it.
  6. Apply ghee over the edges and in between and flip it again.
  7. Grease ghee on both sides of paratha and cook it properly.
  8. Turn off the flame and transfer it on a serving plate.
  9. Delicious Paneer Cheese Paratha is ready to be served.
