- To cut the patta gobhi/cabbage, first, cut it into two pieces. Then remove all the leaves. Then cut the leaves into long thin pieces.
- Add a little turmeric powder to the sabzi.
- If you do not have red chilli flakes, you can add red chilli powder as well.
- The smaller the potato pieces, the less will be the time they will take to cook.
