A delicious, quick and easy to make sweet is ‘Peanut Ladoo | Shengdana ladoo | Mungfali Ladoo’. This is 3-ingredient recipes that require only 10 minutes. This needs only 5 minutes cooking which is for roasting the peanuts/mungfali/shengdana. This is a quite popular laddu in Maharashtra. This is a part of festivals. And you can have this ladoo when you are fasting. As we know many festivals are on their way like Navratri. You can prepare and store the laddu. So, try to make this laddu at your end and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can adjust the quantity of sugar and ghee according to your choice.
- Make powder of roasted peanuts (it should not be too coarse or too fine).
- Add ghee/clarified butter in batches to the mixture. Check the binding of the mixture. If requires then add more ghee.
- You can replace sugar with jaggery as well.
