Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Add hot water to soaked almonds/badam. Help to remove their skin easily.
- The consistency of halwa can be adjusted to one’s choice by simply increasing or reducing the quantity of milk.
- Apart from the dry fruits can be added in the halwa too.
- Adding saffron gives nice colour and flavour to the dish and so, should be added.
