Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Add hot water to soaked almonds/badam. This will help to remove the peels easily.
- You can adjust the consistency of halwa as per your choice. Just increase or reduce the quantity of milk.
- You can add dry fruits in the halwa too apart from garnishing.
- Saffron gives nice colour and flavour to the dish. So, do add it.
