Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Soak the semolina or sooji (you can use fine or little coarse sooji) in milk for 30 minutes. Then roast it in ghee on low flame only until it turns to brownish. However, you can roast it for a longer time or lesser time as per your choice.
- You can cook the halwa with milk or water according to your choice.
- Adding desiccated coconut is completely optional.
- You can add sugar according to your taste.
