Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- You can use grated potatoes also instead of mashing them.
- Give10 minutes rest to the potato mixture, so poha will soak water.
- After 10 minutes if the potato mixture becomes thick then add some drops of water to make it soft.
- Use rice flour or cornflour instead of maida.
