Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Rotate the capsicum continuously on the flame to roast it well from all sides.
- Make 2 or 3 small sized holes on the capsicum to release the air.
- Paneer should be added to the chutney for better taste and texture.
- You can also add cashew instead of peanuts.
- You can apply this chutney on bread slices also.
- If you want, you can roast the paneer as well.
