Ingredients

  • Leftover roti / Bachi huyi roti - 1
  • Melted butter / Makkhan - 1 tbsp + For roasting
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
  • Garlic / Lahsun - 4 to 5 Cloves finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
  • Tomato ketchup - For garnishing
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take melted butter in a bowl. Add chilli flakes, mixed herbs, garlic, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  2. Take leftover roti and apply the prepared garlic-butter mixture to it.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with butter. Place the prepared roti on the tawa. Roast it from one side for a few seconds.
  4. Then fold it in half. Flip it once it is slightly brown, and roast it on a low to medium flame. Press the roti while roasting it to make it crispy.
  5. Then apply the prepared garlic-butter mixture to it. Roast it for 1 to 2 minutes on low to medium flame till it becomes crispy.
  6. Once done, take it out to a serving plate and garnish it with tomato ketchup.
  7. 'Roti Garlic Bread | Leftover Roti Garlic Bread' is ready to be served.
