Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- Adding salt to the wheat flour is optional.
- Take the water at room temperature for kneading the dough.
- The roti dough should be of the consistency like you can press with the fingers.
- Always keep the roti dough covered after kneading it.
- Don’t apply more flour while rolling the roti.
- If the quantity of dough is more, then press with your fist.
