Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Grind soaked urad dal without water. If it needs water, add some drops of water gradually.
- Prepare thick consistency batter to give a nice shape to vada.
- Spread batter well on wet hand to make crispy vada.
- Fry vada on medium flame otherwise it will turn in black color very fast.
