Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can store the dry ground suji-poha mixture in an air tight container and preserve in the refrigerator.
- If the suji absorbs water, then add more water and make the batter of medium consistency.
- If you want, you can add regular baking soda.
- For cooking the dosa from one side, cook on medium flame, so that it evenly roasts.
