The idli fry turns into a chaat with garnishing of namkeen sev and coriander leaves. The chaat preparation requires idli, curd, green chutney, and meethi chutney. Along with this, sprinkling the spices like chaat masala, black salt, cumin seeds powder and red chili powder makes it more tempting.
