Tips and Suggestions by a mom Chef:
- You can prepare this paratha with any type of sev.
- Adjust spices as per taste.
- Salt should be added carefully, as sev and roasted chana are already salty.
- If you want, slightly crush the sev in mortar and pastel.
- You can roast paratha in butter or oil.
- If so desired, this dish can be made with multigrain flour instead of wheat flour.
