- The ratio of whole wheat flour to water should be 2:1.
- You can adjust sweetness as per taste.
- You can cut the shakar pare into desired shape.
- It is recommended that take prepared shakar pare on the slotted spoon then add them to the hot oil.
- If you want you can fry the shakar pare in the ghee instead of oil.
