Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Choose light weight brinjal as it has less seeds.
- Adding garlic in the brinjal is optional.
- Apply oil on the brinjal to peel it easily.
- Rotate the brinjal occasionally on the flame to roast it well from all sides.
- You can add garlic clove as per your choice.
- If you want, you can remove brijal’s seeds.
- Small clay bowl(Mitti ka diya) can be used instead of coal.
